Every twin tower dryer dries air the same way. They differ in how the wet tower is regenerated, and that sets your operating cost. Pick one to filter the list below.
Heatless
Simplest
Lowest purchase price
Uses a share of the dried air to regenerate the off-line tower. Fewest parts, easiest to maintain, best for smaller flows and intermittent duty.
Heated purge
Balanced
Less purge air, some power
Adds a heater so less dried air is needed for regeneration. A middle path on purchase price and operating cost.
Blower purge
Leanest
Lowest compressed air use
A blower and heater regenerate with ambient air, so little or no compressed air is spent on purge. Pays back on larger, continuous systems.
