Infinity Aluminum PipingPush-in aluminum compressed air piping

Aignep Infinity is an all-metal pipe network that handles compressed air, nitrogen, argon and other inert gases, plus vacuum lines. Powder coated aluminum tube seats into push-in fittings, which cuts down on the heavy tooling and labor that iron pipe demands. Sizes run from 20 mm to 168 mm, rated from vacuum up to 232 psi.

Why the Infinity Aluminum Piping

Features & benefits

Push-in aluminum compressed air piping.

  • All-metal push-in fittings in sizes from 20 mm to 168 mm
  • Rated from vacuum to 232 psi, with an operating range of -4°F to 176°F
  • Calibrated 6060-T6 extruded aluminum tube in light blue, grey, green or black
  • Silicone-free parts, tested to ISO 8573-1 so the line does not add contaminants
  • Meets ASME B31.1 and B31.3, holds full CRN approval and carries a 20-year warranty

Sizing the main line

  • Aignep flow tables assume a 1 psi drop per 100 ft of straight run
  • Running the main as a loop roughly doubles the flow each size can carry
  • Catalog example: a 63 mm line at 100 psi moves 581 cfm in a straight run
  • Outlet reducing tees stand in for swan-neck drops and hold condensate in the main for draining

Installation

  • Fittings from 20 mm to 40 mm arrive assembled and pre-torqued
  • Larger fittings ship with nuts or bolts left loose so the tube slides in, then get torqued to spec
  • Ball valves, saddle clamp connectors, hangers and brackets come from the same catalog
  • Infinity Air Planner software and a BIM library help lay out the network and build a parts list
