DS280-450Oil free rotary screw compressors

Sullair DS280-450 compressors are oil free rotary screw units using Hitachi two-stage air ends, from 375 to 600 hp. They deliver 1430 to 2829 cfm at 103 to 145 psi and use SRF DS Compressor Fluid, made for oil free screw designs and rated for up to 8000 hours.

Oil free rotary screw compressors.

  • Carbon steel rotors in both stages with a patented PTFE blend coating and PSA topcoat
  • Drain separators on the intercooler and aftercooler help keep moisture out of an idle package
  • Gearcase oil mist removal at 99.99% efficiency with negative gearcase pressure
  • Either air end stage can be removed on its own for long-term maintenance
  • Options include two-speed reduction for lower unload power, 316 stainless cooling tubes and a duplex oil filter
